Location

Set in 200 acres of beautiful showground, Pavilions of Harrogate is blessed with being on the cusp of the spa town of Harrogate while being surrounded by countryside. There’s plenty of green space, private lawns surround the building and free parking for over 500 cars right outside the front doors. We’re just two miles from Harrogate Train Station, 13 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport and a stone’s throw from the A1.

Weddings

Weddings can be an indoor or outdoor affair on the White Pavilion bandstand, which is licensed for civil ceremonies. Accessed by a path sweeping out of the Pavilions and into the showground, the White Pavilion offers an alternative to our indoor weddings which can be held in any of our 14 rooms. Whether it’s an intimate affair for ten guests to a huge party for 450, we can cater for all sizes. Pavilions of Harrogate has become a favourite for Asian Weddings and Jewish Weddings thanks to our work with suppliers who are best in the business as well as our understanding of cultural specialities.

Events

We’re a versatile space, holding a wide range of events throughout the year from conferences to charity balls, corporate meetings to product launches, weddings to christenings, birthday parties to public sales and exhibitions. If it’s a remembrance event or funeral, please be assured we will handle the organisation sensitively and appropriately with a view to ensuring it runs a smoothly as possibly for  you.

Pavilions of Harrogate takes on an important role during the Great Yorkshire Show, hosting Royal visitors and VIP guests during England’s premiere agricultural event.

Food

Our reputation for serving food fit for Royalty (literally!) is thanks to our first class caterers who support farmers and food producers from across Yorkshire. Not only is locally sourced produce served in Pavilions of Harrogate, it can also be found in our farm shop and café Fodder, also on the showground.

Stay

Harrogate is one of the UK’s leading conferencing and events towns, offering a wealth of hotels and B&Bs. We work closely with the Crowne Plaza Hotel and Cedar Court Hotel in the centre of Harrogate while the showground is also home to the award winning Harrogate Caravan Park which is a five minute walk away.

By holding your event at Pavilions of Harrogate, whether it is weddings, meetings and celebrations, you are helping to support farmers and agriculture as all profits go back to the Yorkshire Agricultural Society to help fund their charitable activities.
