Pavilions of Harrogate is a venue fit for a Queen and we will make sure you have the fairy tale wedding you’ve always dreamed of.

With access to the very best wedding planners, flower suppliers, entertainment and caterers, Pavilions of Harrogate is renowned for offering first class service.

Set on 200 acres of stunning showground, we also have an enviable selection of spots to celebrate your special day indoors or outdoors. It could be in one of our 14 rooms catering for 10 to 450 guests, to the private lawns, Presidents Balcony or White Pavilion for outdoor weddings.

The sweeping views from the Presidents Balcony look out across the showground, perfect for photographs and drinks reception.

There’s also our White Pavilion which is fully licensed for outdoor wedding ceremonies.

A number of rooms within the Pavilions of Harrogate are also licensed for civil ceremonies so that we can be flexible and offer the whole package – from exchanging vows to the celebration afterwards.

Flexibility is a key part of our ethos and we will go that extra mile to create a bespoke wedding package to suit your every wish.

Royalty

Make your wedding fit for a Queen and upgrade to the stunning Swale and Esk Suite which hosts the Royal Family when they attend the Great Yorkshire Show. The Swale Room is licensed for Civil ceremonies and the Esk Room makes the most perfect dressing room, ideal for freshening up before your special day begins. Both rooms have access onto the Presidents Balcony with spectacular views over the showground and beyond.

Outdoor Weddings

A romantic and chic addition to Pavilions of Harrogate, a pathway sweeps up to the White Pavilion which can be surrounded by seating for wedding guests. The White Pavilion itself features special flooring and electrics so music can be played while couples exchange vows or perhaps twinkly lights could be draped around the outside to create that extra special magic.

Asian Weddings

We are proud to host a growing number of Asian weddings.

And we won the Wedding Venue of the Year at Britain’s Asian Wedding Awards 2020.

Pavilions of Harrogate has two main wedding halls which have access to a private lawned courtyard and we can welcome up to 450 guests in the Wharfe Room. The adjacent Aire is perfect for a ceremony or drinks reception and we work with the very best third-party suppliers and caterers who are just as passionate as we are to make sure your day runs perfectly.

We are now known as a leading Asian wedding hall venue for Leeds, Bradford and the surrounding areas across Yorkshire.

We fully appreciate cultural values and requirements and can create a bespoke package to ensure you have the day of your dreams.

Pavilions of Harrogate can host up to 450 Guests.

We are experienced in organising weddings for all religions and cultures.

Over the years, we have hosted Hindu weddings in the Aire Room which has space for a large Mandap and seating for up to 450 of your guests. It’s then into the Wharfe Room for a reception.

We have had Sikh weddings receptions and Muslim weddings can be segregated if required.

Jewish Weddings

We like to dream big here at Pavilions of Harrogate and if you’re planning a large-scale wedding with a long guest list and need lots of indoor and outdoor space – look no further!

We have three rooms licensed for weddings as well as our outdoor White Pavilion which can be reached by a path sweeping out of the Pavilion and into the Showground.

The Swale & Esk Rooms on the first floor are perfect as the bride’s changing room as well as providing a quiet space for the family before or after the ceremony.

The adjacent Wharfe Room is ideal for the wedding breakfast and your Kosher caterers have access to a fully equipped kitchen next to the Wharfe ensuring ease and speed of service.

Wedding Food

We can create bespoke wedding packages to suit the style of your special day. This can be from third party suppliers for Asian, Jewish and African Carribean wedding parties or from our very own inhouse caterer Kings Catering.

Our Chef Ian takes real pride in knowing his suppliers who are mostly Yorkshire based to reflect our support for local producers. That all important menu tasting is your opportunity to meet Ian and discuss your wedding menu.
