Set in a prime location featuring 14 rooms of versatile meeting space with natural light, it’s a memorable setting to host your corporate events and smaller conferences. Every detail is thought about, from free WI-FI to bespoke catering packages and audio-visual equipment hire.
One of the most timeless wedding venues in Yorkshire, the Pavilions of Harrogate offers a choice of beautiful rooms and access to a landscaped outdoor space. Our bespoke service means we’re here every step of the way to bring your dream day to life. We’re also a much-loved setting for other special events, such as anniversary dinners, private dining and family celebrations.
Who we are
Pavilions of Harrogate was initially built in 1996 and it hosts the Royal Family during visits to the Great Yorkshire Show. With a long standing reputation about our first-class facilities and team, and we now host over 600 events throughout the year, including conferences, meetings, exhibitions, public sales, funerals, weddings, gala dinners, charity balls and special events.

If you are looking for a larger event space, visit our sister venue, the Great Yorkshire Events Centre which is also located on the Great Yorkshire Showground. This blank canvas space is the perfect location for event bookers requiring a bigger venue for up to 2,500 delegates.
Our Charity
All our profits fund the work of our charity, the Yorkshire Agricultural Society. The Yorkshire Agricultural Society aims to unite rural life in Yorkshire with leadership, commitment, passion and creativity. This is done by organising educational events for children and families, supporting the environment, sponsoring events and conferences, grants, promoting careers in agriculture, developing skills, and knowledge transfer.

Our Commercial Businesses
The Great Yorkshire Showground serves as a versatile hub for a diverse family of businesses, anchored by the award-winning Great Yorkshire Events Centre, an industry leader in large-scale hosting and facilities. The site also features Fodder, a celebrated shop, café, and deli that champions regional agriculture by supporting over 430 local farmers and producers. For those looking to stay on-site, the Harrogate Caravan Park offers 78 spacious pitches for caravans, motorhomes, and tents, all managed by a friendly team in a prime location.

Our Location
Set within 250 acres of the picturesque Great Yorkshire Showground on the edge of Harrogate, the Pavilions of Harrogate is surrounded by open countryside and private lawns, with ample green space. Free parking for over 500 vehicles is available right outside the main entrance. Conveniently located just two miles from Harrogate Train Station, 13 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and close to the A1. The ample outdoor space the venue is ideally suited for TV & Film productions, as well as Automotive Events.
Facilities
We are committed to providing a fully inclusive experience by offering a wide range of accessible facilities, including six disabled toilets and clear pictorial signage throughout the venue. Visitors can take advantage of free parking with priority spaces for Blue Badge holders, as well as on-site support for assistance dogs, including water and exercise areas.

Located on the iconic 250-acre Great Yorkshire Showground, working with the Society and partner organisations has provided us with ground-breaking data and insights into biodiversity, carbon sequestration, and environmental initiatives.
