- Disabled Parking: Accessible parking spaces are available throughout the Showground to accommodate all visitors.
- Ramps and Lifts: Pavilions of Harrogate feature ramps and lifts, providing seamless access to all event spaces.
- Handrails for Support: All entrance steps and ramps are equipped with sturdy handrails for added safety.
- External Lighting: Well-lit outdoor areas enhance safety and accessibility during evening or low-light events.
Venue Facilities
We are committed to ensuring an accessible and inclusive experience for all our visitors. Here’s how we support accessibility:
- Accessible Toilets: We offer several disabled toilets and additional accessible facilities.
- Pictorial Symbol Signage: Clear, easy-to-understand symbols are used throughout the venue to help direct visitors.
- Welcoming Assistance Dogs: Assistance dogs are welcome on-site, with drinking water readily available.
- Exercise Areas: We provide space for assistance dogs to be exercised if needed.
- Free Parking: All parking at our venue is free of charge.
- Priority Spaces for Blue Badge Holders: Designated spaces are available for every event, with stewards on-site to guide you to the most convenient spots.
