Visiting The Pavilions of Harrogate
Pavilions of Harrogate is very experienced at hosting a wide range events whether it be an exhibition, public sale or auction.
Get to know before you visit
We have some of the largest exhibition space in Harrogate from 2,300m2 in the Pavilions of Harrogate to over 6,000m2 at our sister venue the Yorkshire Event Centre, all located on the fabulous Great Yorkshire Showground. We can also provide three phase power in the Wharfe, Aire, Calder and Derwent Rooms.
Visiting By Car
Enjoy stress-free parking when attending an event at the Great Yorkshire Events Centre.
- Free Parking: There is an abundance of free parking located within walking distance of the venue.
- Disabled Parking: Dedicated parking is available for Blue Badge holders.
- Signage: Follow the event signage to park in the recommended car park.
- Parking stewards: For large scale events there will be parking stewards present to assist and direct you.
Directions for Navigation:
- Enter HG2 8NZ into your sat nav or Google Maps
- The Pavilions: Access the venue from Wetherby Road.
- The Halls and The Grounds: Access the venue from the Wetherby Road junction (next to Sainsburys) onto Railway Road.
EV Charging
- There are several EV charging points located across the Great Yorkshire Showground and locally for visitors to use.
Visiting By Bus
The Great Yorkshire Events Centre is located on two different bus routes.

- The Halls are best accessed from the bus stop on Hookstone Drive. WHAT THREE WORDS

Visiting By Train
The Great Yorkshire Events Centre is in Harrogate and is located midway between Leeds and York, with regular commuter train services on the local line. Upon arrival at Harrogate Station, visitors can board the number 7 bus or book a taxi to complete their journey.
Hornbeam Park Station is approximately 1.5 miles away from the Great Yorkshire Events Centre. Visitors alighting at Hornbeam Park who require transport will need to pre-book a taxi. This station is connected to the Great Yorkshire Showground via the Showground Greenway allowing visitors the opportunity to walk or cycle from the station to complete their journey.
Visiting By Air
The Great Yorkshire Events Centre is approximately 14 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, which offers regular domestic and international flights.
It’s a short 30 minute taxi or the A2 bus stops at Harrogate Bus station.
Upon arrival at Leeds Bradford Airport, visitors can board the A2 bus or book a taxi to complete their journey.
Visiting By Bike or Foot
Harrogate offers some scenic off road cycle path links and walking routes. The Great Yorkshire Events Centre has direct links with the Showground Greenway. Details and directions for the Showground Greenway can be found here.
